I start running in 2014 only for fun. Just one year later and after finishing my first marathon, the Historical Authentic Athens Marathon, i started to think about ultra distances. Finally in 2021, i completed a 24 hour race,running 181 km. I did it ,of course, with the great support of my lovely family ,wife and kids and the help of a dear friend, Antonis. So after a good period of recovering, i started again to train for Spartathlon in October of 2022, under the instructions of my great coach Giannis Karras,. Now i was given, by the God of Running, the chance to qualify for Spartathlon and hopefully after running the distance of 245 Km , i will arrive at the Statue Of Leonidas !!!
