Long time adventurer and limit finder! I have been racing competitively since 2004. Racing started with 5ks and sprint adventure racers. Short races turned to longer races and lead to some of the hardest races in the world such as Badwater, Patagonia Expedition Race and others. Besides racing personally, I have also given back to the sport as I have hosted over a hundred events and have coached countless runners and athletes. My events have span from short 4mi runs to 100 Milers and even dangerous river paddle races. My clients have been weekend 5k runners, college competitive and Olympic hopefuls. Some of my greatest experiences have been watching my clients achieve their goals after working so hard. My greatest passion in life is finding limits and pushing to see how far they can be pushed.

Το Σπάρταθλο αναβιώνει τα βήματα του Φειδιππίδη, ενός αρχαίου Αθηναίου δρομέα μεγάλων αποστάσεων, ο οποίος το 490 π.Χ., πριν από τη μάχη του Μαραθώνα, εστάλη στη Σπάρτη να ζητήσει βοήθεια στον πόλεμο που διεξήγαγαν οι Έλληνες με τους Πέρσες.
Περιγράφεται ως ο πιο δύσκολος αγώνας δρόμου στον κόσμο, το Σπάρταθλον τρέχει πάνω από επαρχιακούς δρόμους και μονοπάτια, διασχίζει αμπελώνες και ελαιώνες, ανεβαίνει απότομες πλαγιές και η πιο προκλητική απ' όλες όταν κατευθύνει τους δρομείς με ανάβαση 1.200 μέτρων και κάθοδο του Παρθένιου Όρους μέσα στην βαθιά νύχτα...
