Training for Spartathlon changed my life, and experiencing Spartathlon captured my heart. It's an incredible honor to be a part of the event's remarkable and inspiring history. The cities/towns and the course feel like home; the organization and the volunteers are like family. Spartathlon 2022: 2nd Female / 8th Overall, 1st American Overall. Spartathlon 2021: 4th Female / 15th Overall, 1st American Overall. Spartathlon 2019: 6th Female / 45th Overall, 1st American Female, 2nd American Overall. 48-Hour PR of 243.555 miles (Women's American Record). 24-Hour PR of 156.76 miles (North American W40-44 Record). 200km North American W40-44 Record (Road & Track). 100-mile PR of 14:25:08 (en route to 24-Hr finish). 2021 USATF 100-Mile Road W40-44 National Champion. 2020 USATF 100-Mile Road Female National Champion.

 Spartathlon revives the footsteps of Pheidippides, an ancient Athenian long distance runner, who in 490 BC, before the battle of Marathon, was sent to Sparta to seek help in the war between the Greeks and the Persians.

Described as the world's most grueling race, the Spartathlon runs over rough tracks and muddy paths, crosses vineyards and olive groves, climbs steep hillsides and, most challenging of all, takes the runners on the 1,200 meter ascent and descent of Mount Parthenio in the dead of night.
