I am a father of a bright 11 year old daughter and been happily married for 17 years now. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach (PN L1) and Puma's offcial running coach for Delhi. I have helped 500+ people to achieve their weight management goals and many with their running goals. Started running about 10 years back, after finishing number of HMs & FMs, got into long distance running without realising what dope it is 😊 Have done multiple 100 kms and 100 Milers, have finished my 1st 135 Miler too march last year and have recently finished a 100 miler in 19:33 hrs. Spartathlon has been in my dream running list ever since I have started running ultramarathons and now I firmly believe it is time to make this dream into reality.

 Spartathlon revives the footsteps of Pheidippides, an ancient Athenian long distance runner, who in 490 BC, before the battle of Marathon, was sent to Sparta to seek help in the war between the Greeks and the Persians.

Described as the world's most grueling race, the Spartathlon runs over rough tracks and muddy paths, crosses vineyards and olive groves, climbs steep hillsides and, most challenging of all, takes the runners on the 1,200 meter ascent and descent of Mount Parthenio in the dead of night.
