The SPARTATHLON Organizing Committee announces the official Press Conference for the 2026 edition, which will take place on Wednesday, September 23, at 13:00, at the OASIS Hotel in Glyfada, Athens.
The Press Conference will present this year’s event, key initiatives, organizational preparations, and partnerships supporting the successful staging and international promotion of the historic 245 km race from Athens to Sparta.
Speakers will include Evangelos Polymeris, President of the International SPARTATHLON Association, Panagiotis Bonelis, Technical Director, and Doukas Tsiakiris, Race Marshal.
Special guests will include ENA ATHLETICS, official sponsor of the event, Dean Karnazes, Spartathlon Ambassador, and Marcus Thalmann, Spartathlon Legend.
