My name is Gábor Páldi, I live in Pusztavam with my family. My favorite hobby is running. Maybe already more than a hobby. The love of running goes back many, many years. I started like anyone else, with small steps, step by step. Earlier as well I played sports, so I had the initial stamina. I ran my first marathon in 2013, since then approx. I have done this distance 40-50 times, either in competition or in weekend training. After a few years, I gradually increased the distances and arrived in the world of ultra running (over 42 km distances). I ran 50, 80, 100, 130 km (some distances several times). In the spring of 2023, I reached the for the most difficult challenge, I completed 211 km on the Ultrabalaton in 28 hours and 43 minutes, I succeeded to run around the lake.
