I am a 39-year-old Latvian ultra-distance runner, currently living and working in the United Kingdom, with extensive experience in international ultra-endurance events. In 2025 I achieved a qualifying performance at the Latvian 100 km Road Championships, finishing in 9:37:00. In the same year I represented Latvia as a member of the national team at the IAU & WMA 24-Hour World Championships in Albi, France, where I covered 207.666 km in my first 24-hour race. My background includes both road and trail ultra running, with successful finishes in long-distance events such as the Eiger Ultra Trail E101 (UTMB Series) and several 100 km and 50+ km ultra races in the United Kingdom and Europe. I have strong experience in endurance, pacing and race management over very long distances and I am highly motivated to compete in Spartathlon. Spartathlon has been my long-time dream and I would be deeply honored to take part in this historic race.
